About Lens Polytechnic Offa

History
Lens Polytechnic was established on 20 April 2012 by Dr. Azeez Yisa, an educationalist, and Dr. Abdulazeez Isahq, a banker of high repute, and is duly accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
Lens Polytechnic is a polytechnic incorporated in Nigeria by the same management that owns and runs Lens School of Management, Offa, an innovation enterprise institution — Lens Polytechnic is an expansion of that school.
The Proprietors have always been concerned with education, and had long been troubled by two things: Nigerian youth who struggle to gain admission into tertiary institutions, and graduates who then find it difficult to gain employment because they lack the practical skills or entrepreneurial grounding to integrate into industry or start something of their own. Lens Polytechnic was established as a remedy to both.
The school's objectives: to enrol qualified students and equip them with world-class skills and knowledge; to train students to be ethically upright and contribute their best to society; and to create studies that are highly practical, innovative and dynamic — built for direct absorption into industry or self-employment.

Learning is personalised: every student gets the attention they need, because we do not succeed unless our students succeed.
